The Residences are not owned, developed, or sold by Hilton and Hilton does not make any representations, warranties or guaranties whatsoever with respect to the Residences. The Developer uses the Conrad brand and certain Conrad trademarks (the “Trademarks”) under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license from Hilton that permits Developer to use the Trademarks for the limited purpose of stating in Developer’s Marketing Materials that the Hotel is offering certain services to the Unit Owners in the Residential Project. The license may be terminated or may expire without renewal, in which case the Residences may not use the Trademarks.
